We accept Credit card payments only and they will be processed securely via Onepay (http://onepay.vn) – a leading payment gateway provider in Vietnam. 
Payment is easy. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express After making sure everything arranged for the best for your tour.
We would send a Secured Link for payment. After payment process, everything all done!
Payment must be made by major credit card (Visa Card, Master Card & American Express) via Auto Online Payment System (your Credit Card`s information will be secured strictly by Master Card Corp

A: OnePAY payment engine is similar to Paypal. It is approved by MasterCard Corp for this payment collection on behalf of Hoan Kiem Travel Co., Ltd. OnePAY uses SSL Verisign® over internet transaction under 3D-Secure program by International card organizations so you have peace of mind that your card information is never disclosed. OnePAY payment portal also meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Amex.

Q: How can I make payment through ONEPAY?
A: OnePAY payment portal accepts payment by Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, UnionPay When you make the reservation successfully our booking system will transfer to Checkout; you can make the payment following the step by step guidelines. 

Q: How Credit Card refunds work?
A: All credit card refunds will be processed in timely manner. The refund processing depends on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office, it can take immediately for the refunds to arrive in your account (It depends on Onepay.vn & your Credit Card issue bank).
Please notice that the refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. You will receive 100% of refund amount!
